As a stakeholder-led organization, BExFo is governed by a Central Committee of active exporters and entrepreneurs drawn from cluster-level leadership. We act as a strategic bridge, facilitating regular interactions with key Union Ministries—including Commerce & Industry, Finance, Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, and Civil Aviation—to ensure that the voice of the exporter directly influences policy development.
